Georgia has a new building to house several Governmental groups called the Tbilisi Public Service Hall. The building was elaborately designed by architects from Italy, Massimiliano and Doriano. The room to gain passports and permits contains a fantastic layering of glass blocks. Bridges connect upper floors to each other, keeping the extended buildings interwoven for the dual purpose of security and ease.
